Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Policy explains cancellation, refund, transfer, and alternative-remedy conditions for the Academy’s educational services.

Effective date: July 30, 2026Version 1.0
This Policy should be read with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any program- or service-specific terms.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to fees paid for courses, professional programs, live sessions, recorded content, and related educational services unless specific program or enrollment terms provide more detailed conditions.

2. Cancellation Before Program Start

A cancellation request may be submitted before the program begins. Eligibility may be determined after deducting disclosed processing fees or non-recoverable costs actually incurred, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

3. After Program Start or Access Activation

Once sessions begin or access to digital content, recordings, or downloadable materials is activated, all or part of the payment may become non-refundable depending on the service delivered, content type, program terms, and mandatory law.

4. Recorded Courses and Digital Content

Where immediate access to digital content is provided, refunds may not be available after viewing, downloading, or account use begins, except where a material defect is not remedied or mandatory law requires otherwise.

5. Live and Zoom Programs

A learner’s inability to attend does not automatically create a refund right where the session took place or a recording was made available. The Academy may offer a recording, replacement session, or transfer where appropriate.

6. Cancellation or Postponement by the Academy

If the Academy permanently cancels a program without a reasonable alternative, the learner is entitled to a refund for the cancelled portion. Material postponement or schedule changes may result in transfer, extension, credit, or partial refund options.

7. Installments

Agreed installments remain due unless cancellation or transfer is accepted in writing. Merely stopping attendance does not cancel payment obligations or create a refund entitlement.

8. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Non-attendance or voluntary withdrawal after the program begins.
  • Account sharing, policy breach, or misuse of content.
  • Bank, currency-conversion, and third-party fees not recovered by the Academy.
  • Printed documents, shipping, notarization, or apostille services after processing begins.
  • Services fully performed with the user’s agreement.

9. Partial Refunds and Alternatives

Depending on the circumstances, the Academy may offer a partial refund, credit, transfer, extended access, or replacement session instead of a full refund where reasonable and lawful.

10. How to Submit a Request

Email contact@coursesida.com with the learner’s name, program, registration number, payment reference, transaction date, reason, and supporting documents. A request is not approved until formally reviewed and confirmed.

11. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Posting time may depend on the bank, gateway, card network, currency, and country. The Academy is not responsible for delay caused solely by the payment provider after the refund is processed.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Payers should contact the Academy first. In a dispute, the Academy may provide enrollment, payment, access, attendance, communication, policy-acceptance, and service-delivery records.

13. Mandatory Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
