سياسة إخلاء المسؤولية

توضح هذه السياسة حدود المعلومات التعليمية والمهنية المنشورة وطبيعة الشهادات والنتائج التي لا تضمنها الأكاديمية.

تُقرأ هذه السياسة مع الشروط والأحكام وسياسة الخصوصية وأي شروط خاصة بالبرنامج أو الخدمة.

1. الغرض من المعلومات

المعلومات المنشورة في الموقع والمنصة والبرامج لأغراض تعليمية ومهنية وإدارية عامة، ولا تُعد في ذاتها استشارة قانونية أو طبية أو نفسية أو مالية أو ضريبية أو مهنية فردية.

2. طبيعة البرامج والشهادات

ما لم يُذكر صراحة خلاف ذلك، تقدم الأكاديمية برامج تعليم مهني وتكوين مستمر. ولا تمثل الشهادات تلقائيًا درجة حكومية أو معادلة رسمية أو ترخيصًا لممارسة مهنة منظمة.

3. الاعتراف والقبول

يخضع الاعتراف أو المعادلة أو قبول الشهادة لقوانين الدولة ومتطلبات جهة العمل أو المؤسسة أو الهيئة المختصة. ويتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية التحقق قبل التسجيل.

4. النتائج المهنية

لا تضمن الأكاديمية وظيفة أو ترقية أو دخلًا أو نجاحًا تجاريًا أو قبولًا جامعيًا أو ترخيصًا أو نتيجة أكاديمية أو مهنية محددة.

5. المحتوى النفسي والتربوي والصحي

المحتوى المتعلق بعلم النفس أو الإرشاد أو التربية الخاصة أو الصحة النفسية أو الرصد الأولي لا يمثل تشخيصًا طبيًا أو نفسيًا فرديًا، ولا يغني عن تقييم مهني مؤهل عند الحاجة.

6. دقة المحتوى

تبذل الأكاديمية عناية معقولة في إعداد المعلومات، لكن قد تتغير القوانين والمعايير والممارسات أو تظهر أخطاء أو معلومات قديمة. ينبغي التحقق من المصادر الرسمية في المسائل الحساسة أو المتغيرة.

7. المدربون والآراء

قد تعبر بعض الآراء أو الأساليب المقدمة في المحاضرات عن رأي المؤطر، ولا تمثل بالضرورة موقفًا رسميًا للأكاديمية ما لم يُنص على ذلك.

تعكس الشهادات والتجارب نتائج أصحابها ولا تضمن أن يحقق جميع المستخدمين النتائج نفسها. وقد تختلف النتائج حسب الخبرة والالتزام والبيئة والمتطلبات الخارجية.

11. الاستخدام المسؤول

يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية قراراته واستخدامه للمعلومات وتطبيقها داخل حدود مؤهلاته والقوانين المنظمة. ويجب الرجوع إلى متخصص مرخص في المسائل التي تتطلب ترخيصًا أو تشخيصًا أو تمثيلًا قانونيًا.
