Statement Owner International Digital Academy
Statement Date 30 July 2026
Version 1.0

1. Our Accessibility Commitment

We aim to enable as many people as possible to access our information, programs, and digital services, regardless of visual, hearing, physical, cognitive, or technical access needs.

We treat accessibility as an ongoing process covering design, development, content, support, evaluation, and improvement—not as a task completed by publishing this statement.

2. Target Standard

The Academy aims to improve its website and digital platform progressively with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our improvement target. This statement should not be interpreted as confirmation that every page, file, service, or third-party component currently achieves full conformance.

3. Measures We Are Working On

Structure and Navigation Clear headings, logical content order, and meaningful links and buttons.
Keyboard Access Improving access to essential functionality without relying entirely on a mouse.
Contrast and Readability Using readable text and colour combinations and avoiding colour as the only way to convey meaning.
Text Alternatives Adding or improving alternative text for meaningful images where appropriate.
Responsive Design Improving presentation on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Forms and Instructions Using clearer labels, instructions, and error messages in digital forms.
Audio and Video Working toward captions, transcripts, or other alternatives where resources permit.
Assistive Technologies Improving compatibility with screen readers, magnification tools, and different input methods.

4. Scope of This Statement

Within the Academy’s technical and administrative control, this statement covers:

  • the main website at coursesida.com;
  • program, enrollment, and institutional-information pages;
  • the digital learning platform and Academy-published content;
  • forms, documents, and digital materials produced by the Academy;
  • online services directly managed by the Academy.

5. Known Limitations and Issues

Despite our improvement efforts, some parts of the website or platform may not yet be fully accessible. Possible limitations include:

  • older PDF files or documents not yet fully prepared for screen-reader use;
  • older videos without captions, transcripts, or audio description;
  • images or diagrams that may require more detailed text alternatives;
  • third-party plugins, payment gateways, meeting platforms, or embedded services;
  • content submitted by instructors or partners in formats not fully controlled by the Academy;
  • learning-management-system functions that depend on an external technology provider.

We prioritise issues according to their impact on users, urgency, technical feasibility, and the scale of the required changes.

6. Third-Party Content and Services

The website may include links, components, or services provided by third parties, including meeting, video, payment, mapping, and social-media services. The Academy does not have complete control over the accessibility of these services.

Where reasonably possible, we seek more accessible solutions and may offer practical alternatives when a third-party component creates a significant barrier.

7. Requesting an Alternative Format or Assistance

If you cannot access content, a file, a form, or a service, you may request reasonable assistance or an alternative format, such as:

  • a text version of inaccessible content;
  • a document in a more suitable format;
  • help with enrollment or completing a form;
  • an explanation by telephone or email;
  • an alternative communication arrangement appropriate to the need and available resources.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative, taking into account the request, timing, available resources, and technical and legal requirements.

8. Reporting an Accessibility Barrier

We welcome feedback that helps us improve. To support efficient handling, please include:

  • the page URL, file name, or service concerned;
  • a description of the barrier encountered;
  • the device, browser, or assistive technology used, where possible;
  • the alternative format or solution required;
  • contact details so that we can respond.

9. Handling Accessibility Requests

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback or requests within five business days where contact details are available.

The time required to provide a solution depends on the nature of the barrier, the complexity of the change, and whether an external supplier or technology provider must be involved. We may offer an interim solution or alternative format while the underlying technical issue is being addressed.

This period is a service target, not a guaranteed legal deadline, and may vary according to impact, urgency, resources, and technical dependencies.

10. Escalation and Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with how an accessibility request has been handled, you may submit a formal complaint under the Academy’s Complaints Policy.

11. Preparation and Accessibility Assessment

This statement was prepared using an internal review of essential content and functions and the general principles of WCAG 2.2. It is not an independent technical audit or formal certification of conformance.

The Academy may conduct automated and manual testing, keyboard testing, assistive-technology reviews, and external evaluations in the future, depending on need and available resources.

12. Technical Requirements

Accessibility depends on modern web technologies functioning correctly, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and associated accessibility features. Users are encouraged to use updated browsers, operating systems, and assistive technologies.
