As our products consist primarily of digital courses and educational content that become accessible immediately after purchase, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.

By purchasing any course or service from the Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

  1. Digital Products

All courses, recorded lectures, downloadable materials, assessments, certificates, and related educational resources offered through the Platform are digital products.

  1. Refund Before Course Access

A full refund may be granted if the user requests cancellation before access to the purchased course or digital content has been provided.

  1. No Refund After Course Access

Once access to a course, any lesson, downloadable material, or other digital content has been granted, the purchase becomes non-refundable, regardless of whether the user completes or accesses the content.

  1. Exceptional Refunds

The Academy may, at its sole discretion, approve a refund in the following situations:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments.
  • A verified technical issue on the Academy’s Platform that permanently prevents access to the purchased course and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period.
  • Cancellation of a course by the Academy without providing a suitable alternative.

Approved refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method, where possible, within 14 business days after approval.

  1. Situations That Do Not Qualify for a Refund

Refunds will generally not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to complete a course.
  • Lack of time to study.
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations when the course description accurately reflects the content.
  • Technical issues related to the user’s device, software, internet connection, or personal settings.

  • Registered email address
  • Order or transaction details
  • Reason for the refund request

The Academy may request additional information to verify the request before making a decision.

  1. Abuse Prevention

The Academy reserves the right to deny refund requests, suspend accounts, or take appropriate action where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of this Refund Policy, unauthorized sharing of course content, or other violations of the Terms & Conditions.

The Academy reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Platform and apply to future purchases unless otherwise required by applicable law.
