1. General Information

What is International Digital Academy?

International Digital Academy is an international digital education institution offering professional and applied programs, training courses, and continuing-education services for learners, professionals, and institutions.

Who owns and operates the platform?

The website, platform, and institutional brand are owned and operated by International Digital Academy of Higher Education LLC in the State of New Mexico, United States.

Local administrative, educational, and technical support in Morocco is provided by INTERNATIONAL DIGITAL ACADEMY SARL.

Are programs delivered online or in person?

Most programs are delivered online through live sessions, digital content, and supporting learning materials. Some programs may include in-person events or activities where this is expressly announced.

Who can enroll?

Eligibility depends on the program. Some programs are open to the public, while others may require a particular academic level, professional experience, or relevant background.

2. Enrollment and Admission

How do I enroll?

Enrollment is normally completed through the relevant program page or official registration form, followed by submission of the required information and payment according to the published instructions.

Is there an admission test?

The Academy does not use one general admission test for all programs. Some programs may require file review, an interview, or specific conditions where stated in the program description.

Is there an application-review fee?

The Academy does not generally charge a separate file-review fee unless a specific program clearly states otherwise.

When is my enrollment final?

Enrollment becomes final after the required information has been completed, the file has been accepted where applicable, the required payment has been made, and the Academy has issued confirmation.

Are places limited?

Some programs have limited capacity to support quality and interaction. Enrollment may close when capacity is reached or the stated deadline passes.

3. Programs and Learning

What types of programs are offered?

The Academy may offer:

  • advanced professional programs;
  • professional and applied courses;
  • staff-preparation and qualification programs;
  • continuing-education programs;
  • seminars, conferences, and academic events.
How are classes delivered?

Classes may include live sessions, recordings, digital resources, assessments, activities, and projects depending on the program.

Can I access session recordings?

Recordings may be made available under the conditions and access period specified for each program. They may not be downloaded or republished unless express permission is granted.

What language is used?

Programs are commonly delivered in Arabic. French, English, or a combination of languages may also be used depending on the program, instructor, and resources.

Can I participate from outside Morocco?

Yes. Learners from different countries may join digital programs, subject to time-zone differences, payment availability, and local rules.

4. Attendance and Assessment

Is attendance compulsory?

The required attendance rate is stated in each program. Failure to meet the minimum may affect completion or certificate eligibility.

How are learners assessed?

Assessment may include tests, assignments, applied activities, projects, reports, participation, and attendance depending on the program.

What happens if I miss a session?

You may review a recording where available, but watching a recording does not always replace live attendance where attendance is a formal requirement.

Can I retake an assessment?

Retake availability depends on the program rules and academic decision. It may be allowed in limited circumstances or subject to additional conditions.

5. Certificates and Verification

What kind of certificates does the Academy issue?

The Academy issues private educational and professional certificates according to the nature and requirements of each program. The program page identifies the certificate and issuing entity.

Are Academy certificates government qualifications?

Academy certificates are private certificates and are not government qualifications or official university degrees unless expressly confirmed by a competent public authority.

Does a certificate grant a professional licence?

No certificate automatically grants legal authorisation to practise a regulated profession. Learners must comply with the rules applicable in the country where they intend to work.

In what language are certificates issued?

Official Academy certificates are generally issued in English. Additional services or statements may be available depending on the program and procedure.

How can a certificate be verified?

The Academy provides an electronic verification system for eligible certificates using the certificate number or verification code.

What should I do if I need a translation?

The original certificate may be translated by a sworn or otherwise accepted translator according to the requirements of the receiving authority. The original Academy-issued version remains the primary document.

6. Accreditation and Partnerships

Is the Academy accredited?

The Academy has received private institutional accreditation from International Accreditation Organization – IAO.

This does not, by itself, constitute government accreditation, official degree equivalency, or automatic recognition by a ministry or national university authority.

Are all programs delivered with a university partner?

No. A cooperation agreement does not mean that every Academy program or certificate is issued by the partner. The program page identifies the provider and issuing entity where applicable.

Does the Academy guarantee recognition in my country?

It is important to distinguish between government recognition or official equivalency and acceptance or professional value in the private sector.

Government recognition and official equivalency are governed by the laws of each country, the nature of the program, and the requirements of the relevant ministries, public authorities, or regulated professional bodies. The Academy therefore cannot guarantee automatic government recognition in every jurisdiction.

In the private sector, a certificate is usually considered alongside the holder’s experience, competencies, the content of the training, and the employer’s own requirements. Based on the Academy’s experience and feedback shared by participants and graduates, a number of learners have used the Academy’s training and certificates to strengthen their professional profiles and support opportunities with private-sector organisations.

However, recruitment, promotion, or acceptance decisions remain entirely with each employer or institution, and no certificate constitutes an automatic guarantee of employment or career advancement.

7. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

How can I pay?

Payment methods vary by country and program and may include bank transfer, cash deposit, online payment gateways, or other announced methods.

Can fees be paid in instalments?

Instalment plans may be available for some programs. The payment schedule is stated on the program page or in the enrollment communication.

Are fees refundable?

Refund requests are governed by the Academy’s terms and refund policy, the request date, program start, and services already delivered.

Will I receive an invoice or proof of payment?

An invoice, receipt, or payment confirmation may be issued depending on the payment method, contracting entity, and information provided.

What if I paid but enrollment is not visible?

Send proof of payment, your full name, the relevant program, and the transaction date to the support team for review.

8. Platform and Technical Support

How do I access my account?

Use the email address or credentials used during registration. If access fails, use password recovery or contact support.

Why can’t I open a lesson or recording?

Access may have expired, enrollment may be incomplete, or there may be a browser or account issue. Refresh the page, try another browser, and send a screenshot to support if the issue continues.

What technical equipment is recommended?

A stable internet connection, updated browser, audio/video-capable device, and the relevant meeting application where required.

Is the platform mobile-friendly?

The platform works on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices, although some assessments and tasks may be easier on a computer.

9. Privacy and Intellectual Property

How does the Academy protect my data?

Personal data is handled under the Academy’s Privacy Policy and used for educational, administrative, technical, and legal purposes connected with the service.

Can I record or publish sessions?

Sessions and course content may not be recorded, republished, or shared without express written permission from the Academy and relevant rightsholders.

Can I share my account?

No. Accounts are personal. Sharing login details may result in suspension or closure under the applicable terms.

Can I use Academy materials in a commercial project?

Materials may not be reused, sold, or incorporated into a commercial course or service without an appropriate written licence.
